We believe it's a group of uh terror terrorists from the planet Jabeem who are uh they have a grudge against the Republic for Jabim reasons. I I don't assume that any of you are familiar enough with that planet to to know or care why, but uh we have some of our people. Uh there's a uh a Jedi and a uh group of clones with some uh mercenary assistants who are working to take down this terrorist cell, and apparently their timetable's been moved up, and the reinforcements they were supposed to have aren't gonna be here in time.

Basically, the Republic kind of ignored Jabim f for a long time. Uh, there was a lot of sort of like brewing nationalism and other issues that the planet was having in fighting kind of civil war that was sort of boiling over, and they kept petitioning the Republic for help, but uh the planet was not useful, I guess, enough. It's just a small, muddy outer rim planet. So the Republic didn't really help it that much, so they turned to the Separatists.

Okay. You know, Jabim reasons. Jabim reasons. Yeah. Okay, so uh are you uh just like what ex what are you uh wanting for us to do here?

Well, let me tell you the people who were involved here. The main group that's uh gonna be involved here is a group of clone commandos called Omega Squad. They are under the command of a Jedi Knight by the name of Attain Termikan. They are working with uh a Mandalorian warrior uh called Kalskarrata. From what I've heard, they've been posing as black market dealers. They have some kind of deal to sell some goods. They were gonna use that to take out these terrorists. Uh, but of course, the reinforcements, as I mentioned, have been delayed. So we want you guys to go and be those reinforcements.

That's gonna be your code phrase. They'll take you up to uh the operation upstairs.

And he leads you into the cavernous main hall of the Jedi Temple, and he leads you through the winding corridors towards where the Jedi archives are, and there are some meditation rooms around the archives, and he kind of does a little like kick-hop off like he jumps up, kicks off the wall, and like double jumps up to hit the pad. And the door slides open, revealing this 20-25-foot-tall crystal rainbow arch.

And it looks like it's like uh like incredibly heavily faceted. And it and it seems like it starts out like purple at the bottom, then going to blue, then green, and then yellow. And he says, This is the kyber arch where your crystals reside.

This arch was built, you see, uh a thousand years ago after the end of the last war. We tried to collect the lightsabers of all the Jedi who had passed, but keeping the sabers themselves would take up too much room and could be too dangerous should the temple be attacked to have all those lightsabers in one place. So we decided instead to honor the fallen and past Jedi by placing their crystals in this art so that they could be together forever, singing in harmony.

Yeah, so you guys are gonna find your crystals. So, in order to find your crystals, uh you already found them once, now they're like just in the mass of uh crystals that are part of this large 20-foot-tall arch. Depending on what color it was, uh, you may have to climb to get it, but uh to find your crystal, this will be a two-purple perception rule, but you can add your force onto that.

It's like it's like a rainbow where it's like at the bottom it's purple going up through blue through like indigo, like purple going up through like indigo, and then cyan and blue, green, like yellow, green up to up to yellow with a little bit of orange at the top.

You can go under the arch and look up to kind of where like the top of it is on the underside, and you can see like a couple of glittering little orange gems, and as you're like looking at it, you can just kind of like stick your hand up, and it's like it it feels like it's not like it's 20 feet tall, so it's like uh you're you're sticking your hand up, it's not gonna go. But then like you just hear like this little like crackle, and it just drops off and falls into your palm.

Illyria. Your yours is sort of a chartreuse color, so it is kind of up near uh the top as well. But you're a bit of a smarty pants, and you can feel sort of the resonance of uh these crystals. So rather than like climbing it, you can just kind of like tap on the crystal, sending this sort of vibration of sound shooting up through, and it's sort of like it sounds like when people sort of play like wine glasses, like as a musical instrument, and there's a sort of ringing, and then the crystal detaches and then falls into your hand.

Starzan, uh, yours is a vibrant green. Uh yours is just like staring you in the face at eye level. You just like pluck it out. Kala, yours is purple, and you're like looking around, looking around, trying to find it, and it it seems like yours is like you're looking at it, and you can see kind of like this glowing sort of spot that's kind of like almost like the arch stepped on your crystal. Oh. Where it's like been absorbed sort of into the mass of purple at the bottom. But uh, you can if you want to give me uh you only got one third. Give me a one purple discipline and you can roll your force on that.

So, Kala, you can uh sort of press your hand, you can c sort of lay hands on the bottom of this thing, and sort of like just try and whe your crystal out through the arch. It's like buried deep in there, it's near the ground, you can just put your hand on it. And just like you like, you know the trick where you do like the spider web out of your palm and you can like feel it? Yeah. It's like you're it's like that, you get that feeling in your hand, and you're not sure if like what you're hearing is real or if you're just imagining that's what you're hearing, but it does kind of like sort of sound like ice cracking as like you you're willing this crystal to express out into your hand, and eventually you feel it kind of poking out, and you can take it, and I don't know like if you want to look at it because you did hear it like something was cracking. I don't know if that was your crystal if you look at it or if it was just like inside the arch.

There are some very faint sort of hairline fractures in the crystal. It doesn't seem broken or damaged in a way that will make it non-functional.

He trusts that you've done this before, so you don't need any supervision. There is another Jedi who's in there, so if you need to ask for help, you can. But I don't know if you'll want to, because when the door closes, the Jedi kind of lowers his hood and he turns to you, and it's Tholm.

Uh, because this is a lightsaber, you can add your force onto this. Hell yeah. Um so you'll be adding uh you'll just be creating a standard hilt, and then you'll be adding the crystal after. So to construct the hilt, you can just make a standard lightsaber, uh, you know, one of those six that they had in the box in the prequels. I'm gonna use the sword hilt. Uh there is a precision lightsaber hilt that would be more of a dagger or a short lightsaber or a light foil, something that's a little uh easier to control. That would make it do less damage, but it would make it more accurate to hit. You could make something that's a bit more uh defensive, like a short defensive lightsaber that you might hold in your offhand more to block. Uh potentially like a lightsaber taunfa. Um that would also reduce the amount of damage, but it would give you uh the defensive quality. You could also build a double-bladed lightsaber if you wanted. Or uh if you wanted to get a little bit more reach, you could build a saber pike with a long handle.

Well, I guess tomorrow morning. We're gonna sell them a hundred kilos of explosives and four thousand detonators in exchange for four million credits. Our plan is to transport the merchandise in the trunks of a couple of speeders that we have rented. I'll be driving one, Cal will be driving the other. The exchange is gonna happen at the Core Fresh Farm Produce Distribution Division in Quadrant F-76. Gonna be sandwiched between uh the closing shift and the early morning delivery, so we don't have a lot of time, but we should be able to get the job done. We're expecting somewhere between 20 and 30 terrorists to be there, but the terrorist leader, man named Pareve, will not be. So, our boys, and she kind of like pats the thigh of the clone next to her, and she says the boys are gonna head back to the terrorist hideout, and they're gonna capture Pareve while we deal with the rest of them at the produce.
