The forces of the Empire march ever onward. As the Imperial Knights continue to root out fugitive Jedi across the galaxy, their leaders have begun the task of expanding their roster and assimilating worthy Force users into their ranks.

Beginning with the armored warriors of the Jensaarai, the Knights have recruited the mysterious and powerful Saarai-Karr, and secured her loyalty by helping her bring to justice the Jedi who killed her husband.

Um it appears that he was unaware of uh the Jedi's true nature.

The shroud talent is available to the hermit and the shadow specializations, and that allows you to use a destiny point to make yourself undetectable via the force. Hey, that's the tree I'm taking. I know what I'm getting later. So aside from uh Bale Organa, the uh grandmaster of the Imperial Knights, Anakin Skywalker, also has been uh going out with his 501st Legion uh to continue stamping out Jedi. Uh he is obsessive about finding his former master, Obi-Wan Kenobi. Currently, uh he's on Dantoine, following up on reports of potential Jedi activity there, leaving you guys kinda in charge of the temple.

Well, I'm saying I've uh I I've gone through and I've got I can find more, but uh to start out I've got uh a bunch of groups that maybe would be worth looking into if any of these sound like uh they're of interest to you. I can I can do some do some more research. So what kind of uh what kind of force groups are you looking to join here? Because we've got the Gensari armorers, that's probably gonna be helpful if we're going out and uh uh fighting for justice and stuff, right?

Yeah, like because I mean are there any specific kinds of groups that we were we are thinking of? What do we what do we think, guys? Uh anyone we want to avoid?

Uh I I I don't know. I d I I feel as I feel as though if we start joining a group, then that brings a whole bunch of more responsibilities and uh uh but uh that being said, what's what uh kind of c pros and uh consequences are there for uh joining each of these places?

Well they would be joining us, that's the thing. So we would uh absorb their their uniqueness and they would uh grant us their boons.

Give us your boons! So, for example, I've been here in the archives alone. Um there's a group that I've come across called the Jal Shea. Uh they're scholars, diplomats, nomads. They don't exactly have a base of operations, but uh they kind of see the force more from an academic perspective than a spiritual one. So they would be uh potentially a great asset to help sort of sort through all this data. Also, a lot of their artifacts I've come to discover uh have the ability to enhance a person's power in the force might be useful.

Well, we've got a uh another group. If we're looking for nomads who don't have like a central power structure, they might be kind of easy to sway because we could uh potentially recruit a few individuals without having to worry about getting the whole group. Uh there's the Star Wardens that are out there. They are uh Astrogators and pilots who uh they're kind of like pirate hunters from what I can tell. They usually work alone. And uh they sort of work in pairs, teach each other, and then sort of part ways. But, you know, Star lanes are uh big out there. There's a lot of planets that are in the Jedi archives that are just completely off the Republic's maps that it would probably be worth rediscovering.

I don't know if I would count on them to be like sticking around to help us build anything here long term.

But I I could always have an excuse to talk to if I uh I remember last time before you uh before you went to recruit the Gensari, there was a little bit of discussion about uh and she kind of look looks around. The Sith? Yeah. Well, I've I did a little bit of digging into that, and um so the Jedi's records are obviously very biased. Uh and there's not a lot of information about early Sith history. All they say is that a group of Jedi heretics fell to the dark side, waged a war against the Jedi, retreated to the far reaches of the galaxy, you know, the kind of stuff that the victors write about their enemies. But I've kind of come across something that maybe is a little less biased.

What did you have in mind?

Well, there's this planet called Seraphore in the Model sector. Uh used to be a bit of an archaeological hotspot. Uh they found a Killick colony there. Uh Killicks were these um like these kind of bug people. They had uh colonies all over the galaxy, and then they just disappeared thousands of years ago.

Uh I'm well aware.

Sorry. Nowadays, Planet is kind of a bit of a pirate haven, uh, but uh when I was looking through the Jedi's records on the Sith, I found something that I'd actually seen before on Sarophore.

Yeah, I uh had reason to visit there during the war, and I found some artifacts in uh some of these ancient Killick mounds that contained symbols and iconography that were completely out of place. Uh there was a society that lived on Saraphore, aside from the Killicks, didn't match them, didn't match Killicks. Me and the other archaeologists, we just kind of assumed that they were from some passer-by species that the Killick had encountered, but then I go looking through the Jedi's records and see those same symbols from surveys that the Jedi had done of ancient Sith ruins on Korriban.

So what you know about Killicks is uh what Renala said that they were species of insects that uh kind of went extinct thousands of years ago. And what you know that's kind of relevant to what's happening now is that the Killicks operate via a hive mind. As you approach the planet, you can see uh what some historians and archaeologists may evidence of what they theorize that whatever happened to the planet happened suddenly, because as you fly over the desert, it seems to be like dotted with ancient stone ruins. That as you get down closer, you can see are actually uh giant pieces of dried-out coral, and the sand is this like these dried-out salt seabeds. There are half-buried enormous skeletons of fossilized long-dead sea creatures that are baking in the desert sun.

And periodically you can see crawlers that are mining the salt beds in the desert. Uh, they bear the uh sigils of the Arcona. So you got some uh possibly some meth freaks here who come to the salt planet. Hell yeah, dog. But the spaceport is in the the little band, the little twilight band of the Tidelocked planet. That's where most of the settlements of this planet are.

So there is already like underground stuff going to the docking bay. Uh your ship is parked in one of those pits there are probably uh like connections to like you need to be able to get from one docking bay to another you do like they need to if s if they need to impound a ship they would probably go from the control tower. So if you return to your ship there would probably be underground tunnels connecting each docking bay to the control tower. Is there also a way that we might be able to Trojan horse our way in hide inside a big box?
