So, uh, you guys have returned uh from a uh eventful adventure on the planet Saraphore. Uh you have in your possession a uh the descendant of a Killick Joiner uh by the name of Black Eyes. Uh well that's just a nickname. Um since then you have learned that his name is his real name is Koldrish. And he has been receiving medical attention for the injuries he sustained at the hands of the Nycto gang uh that was trying to use him to figure out where some ancient treasure was that had nothing to do with you. But he's got to do information about the ancient Sith locked up in his genetic memory. Kala also needed a little bit of help for her for injuries. Got her leg sliced clean off.

How is that process? Has it hindered her in any way? Well, it's it's not a bespoke leg, it's just kind of like an off-the-shelf, so it's not optimized for her. The weight's a little weird.

And he's got his little hydro spanner, his little tool, multi-tool, and he's getting in all like the cracks and the crevices, and like you got your leg cut off like right like at the top of the thigh, so like he's like doing some little uh little ministrations near the connection point at the top of your leg.

So you can take the turbo lift back uh down to the infirmary where the uh where black eyes coal is uh being tended to and monitored by the temple's medical droids that are just kind of taking a look at him, monitoring his injuries. He's got, you know, back to patches on his cuts and his bruises, and he seems to be recovering and and otherwise fine, other than some uh, you know, sores here and there.

So the Mindwalkers, uh little information as there is about them, uh they are a small group that live on space station in the Akadi's maelstrom. And uh based on the uh legends that have kind of spread throughout the mining guild, they are uh well, they're a pretty odd bunch. They do a lot of meditation from the sounds of things, and uh but when they meditate, they I don't know, they they can leave their bodies wander into other people's brains, wander across space. I'm not exactly sure if all this data is kind of comes from miners who don't exactly know.

But if you can take coal to uh it's called Sinkhole Station. It's a uh little uh I guess kind of a pit stop. People who try to get to Kessel and uh go off the charted course sometimes need to limp there for repairs, but from the sounds of things, most ships don't actually make it there. It's on the edge of a uh a cluster of black holes called the Maw.

It's a monitoring station that I think the pike set up or somebody set up just to keep an eye on the black holes, make sure they didn't do anything weird. It's a mining guild space station. Should you should be able to get to it. The station's on the edge of the cluster.

Let's sink some holes. So the Acaddy's Maelstrom uh is notoriously difficult to navigate. The Kessel Run is the only safe path, and it is uh sh ever shifting monitored. The pikes uh need to have constant uh buoys to do micro jump to micro jump. So you are intentionally going off the beaten path to the place where people end up when uh they get lost and banged up. So, your ship is uh pretty tough, but this is gonna be a navigation challenge, so I'm gonna give you a destiny point, because you currently have none, because you're all evil.

So, Illyria, uh, you can expertly navigate very quickly, just a short path out of the core, off to Kessel, through the Akadi's maelstrom, no trouble whatsoever. Your ship is pristine. It bursts through the mists, and you can see in front of you uh a series of black holes, their event horizons swirling around, creating these sort of like glowing discs around these bizarre, like just void clusters. Everything is swirling and like mixing together. You get the feeling that if something went into one of those black holes, it would just get like shot around like a pinball machine between all of them almost. And then a speck, tiny on the edge of it, just a little pinprick of silver uh against the black of these black holes, is this space station. Uh, the space station is a lot larger than you would expect for a monitor a mining guild monitoring station. And it doesn't have the characteristic, like, sort of um like the mining guild built the Jawa sandcrawlers. All their stuff is like blocky, boxy, uh straight edges. This thing is a little bit different. It looks like a sort of vertically squashed sphere that running through its sort of flattened edges is this cylinder. So it almost looks like a hot dog being rammed through a hamburger.

Like if you take a hamburger, flip it on its side, and run a hot dog through it, that's kind of what the station looks like. Except it's, you know, made of metal and silver.

But there are uh on these docking, these uh docking bays that seem very small in comparison to the size of the entire station, there's a few of them that are painted with mining guild yellow to sort of guide your ship in.

Do we do we have to uh request docking permission or just uh roll on up?

You can just kind of roll on up. It doesn't seem like the station has really any guns or any defenses that you can see. Uh potentially its location is defense enough. And if the station is known for sort of accepting damaged ships, they're gonna want that process to be as like easy and smooth as possible. As you approach, though, they did sort of see you coming when you popped out of the maelstrom. So they have, you can see like mechanics sort of coming out on these uh little skimmers with these tools and like being ready to make any repairs that they need. They have these huge toolboxes, there are like Astromec Droids that they've got loaded up, and they seem kind of surprised when your ship lands uh with Nare's scratch.

Also, after uh after we went through, the robot who was cleaning our ship after every scratch that we sustained got knocked off there, but thankfully he already cleaned the ship, so we're good.

Yeah, you know. For being the pilot, I'm often surprised at how little I actually have to roll piloting. It's mostly just the Illyria show doing the astrogation.

And they do stiffen up a little bit, like, what is the Empire doing here? Not in a way where it's like they're scared, but just like, did we hide all of our drugs?

You can see sort of she's got uh some tattoos just peeking out uh just a little bit up her neck and out of her out of the cuffs of her suit. And she's carrying a data pad.

One guy was even able to find uh his daughter, apparently.

Okay, so uh additional modifiers then. You can just fly the ship safely out. So to get back out of the Akadi's maelstrom, they may be trying to scramble fighters after you, they may not be, they may still be trying to be running around. So, Illyria, you can plot a course backed Coruscant from the Maw cluster here. It's gonna be still hard, so that'll be a three purple astrogation.
